"Perfect cosy stay to access Polar Express."

Immaculate, cosy and perfect for a young family. Lovely little touches such as a tray of goodies left. Fantastic facilities, with two bathrooms. Owners were swift in responding when we informed them of a slight problem in the property. Lovely owners, stunning property - would not hesitate to book again.

It was perfect, nothing to dislike.

"Perfect location and a wonderful property that felt like a home from home"

We have seen this property advertised before and sadly it had been out of our price range or fully booked so felt like this time round it was meant to be and having stayed at a couple of different holiday homes in Teignmouth before this was by far the best and felt like a home from home. We were down as a large family group to celebrate our nans 100th birthday and it had enough space easily for 5 adults. The property was in a great location, very close to the town centre and a short walk away from the sea front. Each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds the lounge and kitchen area were well equipped and full of mod cons and a great selection of kitchenware. The outside patio area was spacious and both bathrooms were of a high standard and finished to a great standard. Finally the welcome basket was full of treats and a lovely welcoming surprise

Amazing little gem of a place. Spotlessly clean. Every detail thought of. Lovely welcome gifts and very dog friendly. Great location. Lovely thought out spaces. Will definitely book again

How clean and comfortable it all was.

The legs on the dining chairs (banged my toes every single time I walked past) 😂😂
