Superb location right in the centre of Teignmouth. A really stylish, comfortable, well-equipped house. Perfect for 3 of us and our 2 dogs. There were lots of little touches to make our stay that extra bit special.

it was a beautiful location, everything was provided for especially for the kitchen such as dishwasher tablets, liquid washing and milk and bottle of wine!

the parking was a little confusing, but when you reached the location it made sense

"A lovely, well-decorated holiday home conveniently located in Teignmouth."

The location was excellent and nearby convenient shops, restaurants and parking. The cottage was comfortable and well furnished, with a lovely welcome treat. We felt very comfortable in the kitchen and sitting room area, the kitchen was well-stocked and toilets were convenient.

The only downside was that the mattress we used felt uneven. Everything else was in great shape and very comfortable.

The location of the cottage was amazing, lots of pubs and restaurants and the facilities of Teignmouth all within easy reach - walking distance. Also very good location for getting out and about and visiting other parts of Devon, Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Drewsteignton, Dawlish and other places that didn't necessarily begin with ‘D’. The parking permit was extremely handy, sometimes a bit tricky getting a parking space in the Quay Road car park, but we managed fine.

The cottage wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility issues as the stairs are quite steep. But having said that we had my 87 year old, very fit and able, mother-in-law with us and she loved it.
