Excellent location, nice touches with tea, cookies etc, very clean

The access stairs are sketchy with a loose handrail. The bed is very low and the comforter cover was the wrong size so it shifted and was uncomfortable.

Niente!!!! Orribile. State lontani da questa casa, piuttosto dormite in una tenda in uno dei tanti cimiteri cittadini.

Sporco in modo mai visto prima in nessun altro posto al mondo, a cominciare dall'ingresso che sembra di un palazzo occupato da tossici con compresa urina sui muri. Una volta dentro abbiamo trovato moquette sporca, capelli nel letto, finestre rotte e sporche, piatti, posate e padelle sporche, sanitari nel bagno sporchi addirittura spostando il flacone di sapone liquido sul lavandino c'è lo sporco incrostato, evidentemente non è stato spostato da chissà quanto, una probabile macchia di sangue sul muro, quasi tutto vecchio e rovinato, posizione rumorosa e nessun parcheggio comodo nelle vicinanze. State lontani da questo posto!! Spendete qualcosa in più ma non fatevi fregare. E hanno il coraggio di chiedere 250£ di cauzione...

Dirty. Doors falling off cupboards. Poor facility’s. Eg shower… no soap. No milk. Noisy. Difficulty in gaining access to the apartment. Lock box has no marking to indicate which is the correct one. Entry from the street inside the building is dirty, dark & smelly. Poor value for money.

The location of the facility was very nice, the interior was nicely furnished. However, the sofa in the living room and the carpet in the bedroom were a bit too stained and dirty. Since the garbage left at the entrance of the building was not taken regularly, we encountered a very strong smell at the entrance of the building for three days and the smell was coming into the house, which made us very uncomfortable.

Lots of key boxes at the door.

No saucepans No iron No ironing board The Toaster and bedside lamp didn’t work The fire blanket was on the cupboard under the sink rather than the wall.

The sofa mattress was no very good

The location was great, the beds were okay. It was kind of the owner to leave basic necessities such as instant coffee, salt, shampoo and shower gel. The internet was strong enough..

The apartment is a bit tired, it needs some mending on the kitchen cabinet and gluing on some chairs.
