Formosa Spacious Apartments at Downtown Nagoya by MESA

Quiet and near to amminities and nice view.

Few times issue with entering the room using pin,the aircon doesn't work,not cold especially during this weather.When inform management they said is already been repaired but still the same.Its dissapointing to endure such a stay.Stayed they last month is very good and doesn't need pin to enter room only access card did the job.But this time its very2 poor.

It's near Nagoya hill mall and places to eat is also very near. The apartment is very convenient. The TV have a lot of choices for us to watch like netflix, prime videos, YouTube etc. You will never go bored!

The master bedroom bidet in the toilet is a bit slower (water pressure) than the common toilet. Other than that all is good.

Furnitures are broken, requested for baby cot, but the baby cot was dirty, reached out to the management about it, they only say they can provide a towel to put over the mattress. The wardrobe is broken. Two rooms have air con unit, the third room have no air con unit. Only fan provided. Aircon not cold. Apartment looks quite okay on the outside, but runs down on the inside. The main door to the apartment was hard to open&close. Can hear sounds from neighbouring apartments. Some levels seem to be renovating (I think).

The owner is responsive and the experience is good.

The wall is a bit old and there are small spiders.
