guidance is clear, access to apartment via the pin code provided prior arrival works

would be better to have my 3rd bed ready when we checked in. It was done up very speedily upon our notification, so we were happy with the responsiveness of the team/owner

"Glad that my family choose to stay in this apartment very convenient."

The property is near to shopping area and lots of eateries around. The unit is very spacious with a massage chair and there are 2 toilets which include bidet, good for family to stay. Wifi was great.

Ease of check-in, clean, neat, bed was comfy, Netflix and other media available and great location!! The host Toni was always available with prompt replies!! Highly recommended and Value for Money!! Will definitely make this my permanent fixture whenever I come to Batam!!
