Lovely service, very personable with Tamara hosting. I loved the little touches of having my name outside the door and the great breakfast!

The shower was quite narrow and the bed was hard.

Excellent continental breakfast freshly prepared good selection of bread rolls and pastries. Short walking distance to the beach and coastal walk. Tamara was a gracious and friendly host.

No fault of the host but if you don’t have your own transport you will be dependant on the taxis from town.

The location was excellent, 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal at Yarmouth and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Yarmouth also has some very good restaurants. Tamara was an excellent host she made us feel very welcome. Her breakfasts were top class and she cooked an early one on our last day as we had a early boat to catch. The rooms were very clean, lovely new bathroom with high pressure shower.

There was nothing we did not like.

Lovely and quiet location, just a few minutes from the beach and coastal path. Short walk from nearest bus station and local town, easily accessible. Clean and comfortable bedroom with ensuite, good breakfast and a kind host! Would recommend to couples and friends traveling together.

The location was brilliant (beautiful area 5 mins walk from the seafront) and the flexibility of check-in/out was really handy. Lovely hosts and great breakfast service - very efficient. The room and ensuite were great, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The B & B throughout upstairs and downstairs was fitted out with a mix of modern and homely décor and was thoughtfully laid out/presented.

The only tiny thing that could have made it (marginally!) better was if the seating in the actual room was a little more comfortable (as the bed frames meant it was uncomfortable to sit with legs hanging over the edge and the hard chairs were more practical than comfortable). However, this is really only a very fussy observation and there was seating downstairs in the conservatory and garden. Overall I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We loved staying here, two of us had the double room at the front of the house. Lovely place, really clean and really comfortable, thank you!

Tamara the host was amazing. literally nothing was too much trouble! communication prior and during our stay was excellent. the rooms were so tasteful and had everything you could need. Bed was very comfy! breakfast was so well thought out, lovely food and fresh. ample parking and really well situated. minutes from the beech would highly recommend this B&B. lovely breakfast room and garden too.
