"Fantastic! Hope to visit in the future"

Perfectly placed for the wedding destination. Beautiful surroundings & fabulous cafe servicing wonderful homemade food. Geraldine - the hostess was so lovely & accommodating and nothing was too much trouble - would certainly recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future. Rooms were clean & comfortable.

"Great stay"

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, lovely location. We were here for a wedding and had a great stay. Loved jumping into the river for a morning swim the following day. Hostess was flexible with arrival and departure times. 10/10 would recommend!

"A handy place to stay in a lovely part of Wales"

The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including fresh milk which the host kindly went and bought for us on request. Lovely shower and good, well-lit mirror above the basin

The property is very close to a road which is surprisingly busy. Fine if you keep the windows closed/wear ear-plugs or if you are a heavy sleeper.

"Wonder property next to the River Wye"

Geraldine kindly provided a secure place to lock our bikes, and fresh milk instead of that dreadful UHT stuff. Quiet at night. Lovely spot to sit overlooking the river, a bit of traffic noise during the day.

"Great value and would stay again!"

Very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect and hot shower was wonderful . The coffee and tea in room was welcome after a busy day touring. We were made very welcome by both Geraldine and Custard the cat. Location was very useful for visiting Hay on Wye.

Everything was great for us:)
