The property was ideally located for my needs, the host lives at the property and is lovely. The cafe downstairs does gorgeous pastries and coffee, as well as other food. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, well appointed. Beautiful location right on the River Wye.

Very spacious room, big bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. Lovely view of the river from room and handy owners' own lovely deli-cafe below. Quality furniture and comfy bed. Very clean and host very helpful. Quiet Riverside location but just 5 mins from Hay-on-Wye. Would defo return.
