Very cosy cottage, big parking space, was great to use as a base for exploring the area. Had everything you would need for your stay and some lovely little touches as well.

Love this place, the town, little walk around with sheep. Easy to go in Snowdonia NP. Shops in Bala. Pub really great in town in 5mn walk. Definatly need to go back :-)

Excellent property , well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room , nice outside seating area. The property also had its own parking area. Good communication from the host , who also left us a little ‘welcome pack’ of wine & cake.

Everything was fine - there was nothing to dislike

Nice and cosy little cottage. Beautiful surroundings , quiet area even the road is close by. Very well maintained ,keeping warm and welcome atmosphere , little touches here and there, lovely Christmas tree and decorations , fully equipment kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. We really enjoyed our stay . Thank you

"This was our second visit to the cottage as a family and it was as perfect as the last one."

This was our second visit to the cottage as a family and it was as perfect as the last one. Penybont is in a great location near Bala lake and the views from the cottage over the river and fields dotted with sheep, with the hills as a backdrop are beautiful The cottage is immaculately clean, its warm and cosy and we loved to come back to the big wood burning stove after a day exploring The house is well equipped like a home from home so you can use the huge range cooker for family meals There is fast wifi to keep everyone happy & big tv with Netflix and there is space for everyone to relax The beds are comfy & they even all have electric blankets & great linen. I loved the powerful rain shower, fluffy white towels & gorgeous toiletries left for guests to use It was the perfect Autumn break for us as a family Cannot wait to return

"Superb stay at Pen Y Bont Cottage"

Another fantastic stay at Pen Y Bont Cottage. It is a gorgeous cottage and an ideal location for exploring North Wales. We particularly enjoyed exploring the area on our e-bikes and walking. Will definitely be returning.
