"While I like that the room is spacious I do not think that I will book there again."

Room is spacious
(1) A few hours after we checked out, a staff called and in an accusatory voice inquired about the towels, saying that all 3 towels were missing. I told them that I have hanged them behind the door. Only then did they checked and without apologising, hanged up the phone. I was upset with her tone as if I was going to steal the towels. (2) The toilet bowl was dirty.

Location is very good.
Staff not friendly not even smile to guest when met. Please replace iron board to a better quality. Room does not soundproof we can hear people talking inside room while walking through corridor. Water supply yellow color, and very bad.
