Location. Surrounded by lots of shops selling food and coffee. Strategic location. Not far from downtown.
1. The room is not sound proof 2. The aircond is not cold enough 3. They dont replace towel & clean the room during my stay 4. Toilet can not flush - plumber can only come much later to fix it 5. We spotted cockroaches in the room 6. The pillow is hard and not comfortable.

1- Rude night staff. " If you dont satisfied,with your room,just cancel it. We have other guest who want your room' 2- other staff also dont have solution for guest complaint. They just said ' if you dont satisfied,just complain in booking.com. 3- dirty and dusty room - hair everywhere 4- toilet clogged 5- leaking ceiling 6-cockroach 7- something wrong with elevator
