Very quaint property. Clean and everything you would need. Lift to and from wedding venue a couple of miles away excellent as well. Highly recommend

"Cosy Stay"

It's very cosy and the hosts are lovely. Our kids loved the dogs. The goose was abit scary for kids, very loud when approached but harmless. Nice welcoming from the owners and a bit of food provided which really helped after our long drive!

The kitchen area is connected to the owners living room, separated by a door. Which maybe isn't private enough for some people? The kitchen was also a bit small for 4 of us.

Excellent host and warm welcome even when we arrived late. Very comfortable and warm after long days at Alton Towers. Very generous provisions provided for breakfast. Dogs were lovely

Very friendly hosts couldn’t do enough for us Lovely stay Barbara was fab and Angus drove us into Leek Left provisions for breakfast even and Angus showed us round the other properties in the morning Very good hosts
