AEThe location was nice because it's accessible.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host Mr.Freddie Batalla, was very responsive and cooperative.Plus point that there is drinking water.
The night when we arrived, there was no water till morning, but after informing the host, he sorted out the problem.The AC in the living room was so noisy, I think, needed maintenance.

The noise from the AC and outside (dogs, cats and rooster), there is only one bed (not very comfortable) and no sofa bed in the flat, there is just a small thin mattress.

CLQuiet place and very secure, close to the highway to take any type of transport. Also close to supermarket and pharmacy. Very good price. Enough stuff to cook by yourself.
Aircon in the living room was very noisy and the one in the room from time to time, electric kettle was not working (non relevant) when we got there and some stuff like the lid of the rice cooker had no knob. Lot of ants in the bathroom (sprayed 3 dif days). The bed is not big enough if you are 1.8m+.
