PHPHThe room is cozy and nice. The size is so cute, and the contact person is available to talk with. The contact person actually gave us a discount when we extended (we extended coz our flight got canceled). There is wifi, netflix and heater. If you are not a picky person, i suggest this.
However, * There are some missing utensils such as knife, can opener, peeler. *The bedroom is wide, but the foam is not that much comfortable to sleep on. *Once you lay down, you can feel the metal of the bed, so in the end, our back hurts always after sleep. *The blanket is so thin as if it had been used for long years and hasn't been changed. There are 2 pillows in the bedroom and 2 extras inside the cabinet, but it has no cover, so we can't use it either. *The AC in the living area is noisy. The towels are smelly and seems no changed for long years. Hopefully, they change it to white and not blue (looks dirty, smells like a stock). *No slippers offered, no tissue offered at the beginning of our stay until the end. * Sofa bed is small, i don't suggest it for a tall and big person. There is no washing machine and flat iron. (I asked if i could borrow a flat iron, but he said none) *I've requested a knife so we could cook, but it arrived the next day evening. Ended up being hungry on the first stay. Completely bring all what you need, coz inside is incomplete. * Toilet door is kinda broken on the upper part *pool is not available ****We changed our stay in other unit inside the arezzo, and we got a better unit, which has the things we hoped we got from the first. Building 7, room 702E is the best. They have alexa. ****

CAPlace was clean and the kitchen was nice.
The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. I often felt the metal struts through the mattress. Toilet paper was not provided. Some of the cookware did not work with the induction cooktop.
