Convenient area

The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and La Placita. The place its self had basic needs (pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, shampoo, soap) which was very helpful as well. Also they let us keep our bags there before and after checkout.

It was very hard to get into contact with them. The first night we had got there and had to stay outside overnight with no where to go because of a miscommunication. We reached out multiple times with no answer at all and had to wait until the next morning, it was very scary being outside from 12am-9am in a place we didn’t know and we had a scary encounter with a drunk man. Also it would be helpful for them to have a place to wash and dry clothes.

The owners were extremely accommodating, our flight landed earlier than check in and they let us leave our bags with them for the morning until we needed to check in. They also let us do this for checkout as our flight was late. The office is open until 5 pm for that purpose. The place was super spacious, we were able to sleep 10 comfortably. The location was extremely close to beaches and short Uber ride or walk to fun nightlife as well as historical sites in old San Juan. Could not recommend it enough. Also had three bathrooms! The check in process was super simple and easy, using a code.

Would be nice to have some extra hand towels in the bathrooms, but it worked out fine!

I liked the location of the property. It was within walking distance to beach and casinos, and restaurants.

I didn’t like that contact with staff was nearly impossible. We were not clearly explained how parking works for the property we were charged $30 per day and on the first night back employees were parked at both parking spots available for this unit. Upon arrival cleanliness of the facility was mediocre at best. Two sets of the sheets had stains on them. The floor felt dirty despite sweeping and mopping on our own daily. There’s no daily cleaning option. Water pressure is horrible throughout. There’s only one tv in the living room and cooking appliances are mediocre as well.

We were very surprised at the $30 a day parking. Which wasn’t stated in the first information as I was booking! I wouldn’t have chosen to stay there. Then taking a shower I was so happy I had water shoes, because it was very nasty. Even touching the walls in the shower was a problem once again very nasty. I was very displaced at the price because of the uncleanliness this Apartment showed. I’m terribly sorry to have to write such an awful review, but please be warned. wish I had pictures to show.

Needs updating for peeling paint, plaster and door knobs falling off. The number of emails from the rental office was excessive and in the case of delivering the door codes, it came late.
