they need to improve the bathrooms , when you gonna take a shower , takes too long to get warm water , one of the bathrooms it was leacking on the floor when you flush the toilet , they need to fix that ...

Close to establishments and beach. 3 BR with comfortable beds.

The unit wasn’t clean. It has cobwebs & dust. Rust and peeling cabinets and walls. The walls and floor needs to be thoroughly cleaned. (They painted the unit with hopes to cover up the imperfections and dirt). I expect the unit to be clean before guests checks in. The master bath shower needs water pressure. (They came and tried to fix it but didn’t work). The drain was also clogged up. They need to close it up and have an exhaust installed. Towel hooks will be great. Hot water heater needs to be upgraded. It runs out easily. The hallway shower water temperatures can’t be adjusted (so it’s either HOT or HOT). The sink was also leaking. The 3rd Bathroom is a joke! It’s not even 3x5 with toilet, sink and shower. You cannot even sit on the toilet because your knee will hit the wall. The appliances are dirty. My husband had to clean the microwave and wipe the fridge with clorox wipes to clean it before use. If we are being charged almost $200 for cleaning, I expect the unit to be clean and utilities to be in good working condition. Please inspect the unit and make sure everything is working and clean before having a guest check in.

Location was perfect, close to everything. Apartment was big and clean

Parking. We managed to find parking on the street. I didnt like that we had to pay so much to use the properties parking while a location near by used it for valet
