Good room, good food and staff were friendly and helpful

Was not able to pre-book breakfast with a single room via Booking . com. That needs sorting out.

I loved the milk churn to get fresh milk from the bar for tea and coffees :)

Price and could do with a revamp hotel reception showing signs of mold also not to leave vermin trap in middle of the room

Room was fine . Breakfast was mean . We were not told how it worked had to pay extra for a very small coffee as buffet part was hidden and staff did not show us where it was. Not a place I would use again.

Breakfast was mean. Staff did not show where drinks etc where . Poor service bill on table before we finished and before clearing plates. Did not see any customer care at any time. I hate paying extra for a latte t breakfast and this one was tiny

Quite area comfortable room and good food at the pub

Loved the location, loved the history and the room was excellent for our needs. The girls on reception went above & beyond to make our stay great .
