The apartment was in a perfect area to walk into town. It was clean and had the small amenities that a hotel would have. The hosts communicated with us to make sure we were taken care of. It was a perfect place to stay for the week with my family.

There is nothing negative to say.

Everything, this apartment had everything you would need and more! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The booking agent was excellent, always on hand and constantly checking that everything was ok. Highly recommend!

"Bad"

WELL WE ARRIVED, the heating was on. We tried so many times to turn this off. The radiator in the hallway was still on, we got back around 9pm and had to leave to go to another hotel as it was BOILING. We had 2 children with us, one a baby. Poor communication. I emailed from the moment we arrived 3pm and no luck. Now asking for a refund which is getting declined. I’m very upset as it ruined our trip.
