Sehr gemütliches Apartment in einer gepflegten Apartmentanlage. Sehr schönes altes Haus . Das Apartment ist liebevoll gestaltet und absolut sauber. Die Größe ist optimal, Bett sehr bequem mit vielen Kissen Das Apartment war für uns die letzte Station von mehrerer Aufenthalten in Portugal. Und Hurrah, endlich eine richtige Bettdecke.. Großes Badezimmer, flauschige Handtücher. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Code. Super Lage. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder nehmen

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en Porto! El apartamento es precioso, limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Está ubicado en el centro, pero en una zona tranquila, y se descansa muy bien. Además está cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y llegas a todos sitios andando. La comunicación con el anfitrión perfecta. ¡Muchas gracias!

Es könnte noch etwas mehr Geschirr geben.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. It is located on the top floor and has everything mentioned in the listing. A big plus is that the heating worked very well, which is important as many apartments in Portugal are very cold in the winter. The apartment was also fairly quiet, the location is very good, and the building looks nice and relatively new.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned. The windows were dirty, the bathroom mirror and shower were visibly dirty, and there were many marks on the walls. The kitchen was unusable due to extremely dirty appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle). No proper cleaning supplies were provided, only a very used sponge, which was placed on the lid of the garbage bin. In the bathroom, there was no toilet paper at all, so we had to buy it ourselves. For a one-week stay for two people, we received only two bath towels and one hand towel. In the bedroom the duvet cover zipper was broken, so our feet were touching the duvet directly, which is unsanitary, especially since only the cover is washed between guests. There was also a maintenance issue: one of the interior blinds did not work, so the living room window could not be fully opened. Communication was good before arrival, and we appreciated the early check-in, but during the stay there were no instructions and no information about check-out.
