"Pathetic service"

Do not add these type of hotels who Don't know customer service or hotel management.. we booked this property but when we reach there hotel person share another location of his property and ask us to go there as there is non availability after the booking. Moreover we reach to another property which he shared and he ask us to adjust in 2 rooms instead of 3 for 10 people. Very pathetic services from booking.

Ganga Palace hotel is very good, all the temples are very close, location is also good, our stay here was nice, we will stay here next time also, and I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.
