The owner was polite and helped to check in or any other support required.

1) While check in , I booked room for 3 people with 3 beds , however was checked into deluxe room due to unavailability. Almost entire day was spent in deluxe room , hotel should have not taken the booking if room on ground floor (as requested) was unavailable for 3 people. Upon asking at the hotel , they informed other family didnt check out yet and hence they are unable to provide us booked room with 3 beds. Hotel is inside in the lane and there's construction work ongoing in front & besides hotel , hence lot of noise entire day. Bathrooms are small and smelly , taps are rusted , jet doesnt work as expected. Full price was taken even if the requested/booked room was not provided and owner had no courtesy towards it. If you are booking , consider to book for 1 day only and then extend accordingly.

It is a very good location, rather I would like to say that it is a central point and from here you can come to the main road and go anywhere for darshan by golf cart or electric rickshaw. And I really liked the staff of Ganga Palace and their behavior. The staff tries to fulfill every need of the customer to the fullest. You get better information about the place to visit from the staff. And I am sorry that I wrote a wrong review by mistake. This happened due to the sequence of emails getting changed. But now I am giving the review based on my experience. Thanks everyone

Though this review will affect the hotels business, guests should not get cheated by the previous gradings. Room service is nonexixtent. They bring tea in a plastic bag from a nearby street shop. The hotel is not located near Prem Mandir. It is in a small street far from the temple. There are many bigger and nice hotels near the temple with all the facilities. I am writing this this only to caution prospective guests to this hotel.
