Airport Black Sea Hotel & Restaurant

Die Gegend war sehr schön.

Das hotel war das allerletzte und teilweise das Personal zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Die Reinigung vom Zimmer wurde nur alle 2 Tage durchgeführt vonwegen tägliche Reinigung. Zudem wurde nicht sauber gereinigt hab das Bad meistens selbst geputzt da nur das Bett gemacht wurde und der Boden gefegt oder geputzt wurde. Alle 2 Tage musste man sich Toilettenpapier verlangen da dies auch nicht automatisch aufgefüllt wurde.

I really like the cleanness and helpfulness of the staff! Very communicative

The wall is quite thin and people next to my room keep chatting and giggling, which was not helpful for my sleep. I was too tired to go to tell them to be quiet

Nice view of the beach. Good hospitality. The staffs were nice. We checked in late but they wait for us. They give us big room.

Owners were amazingly kind, as well as the rest of the staff. Mahmut spent the afternoon helping me organize a last minute trip/flight to Cappadocia (to and from, including the most charming cave hotel where i could watch the hot air ballons at dawn). Their connection at Wikona travel in Goreme helped take care of my additional plans for daytrips while there. My last daytrip of travel into Instanbul was also supported by the owners of the hotel too. Thank you for all you did to ensure my trip to Turkyie was such a memorable one! Without a doubt, outstanding folks! 💝

It’s not an airport hotel, the naming is misleading and it’s quite far from the airport. The stuff will tell you that it is difficult to get a taxi in that area and offer to order it for you for some absurd price. As soon as we checked in, the stuff offered us to book a breakfast and a taxi not in a very nice way, we felt pressured. We declined to do that. As soon as we got to our room, the reservation was cancelled from the property’s side, which felt like a scam. We decided not to stay and left around 30 minutes later, as soon as our taxi came (ordered with Uber, without help from the property). Unfortunately, the stay has been already paid in advance and we didn’t get a refund for that unpleasant experience. I strongly recommend not to stay there.
