Airport Black Sea Hotel & Restaurant

This hotel works if you want to spend a day waiting for your layover near the water. Right next to the Black Sea. Not much else to do in this area.

Hotel is very close to airport but the only reasonable way to get their is by shuttle, price of roundtrip shuttle is more than 1 night in the hotel. Limited food options, you have to eat in the hotel.

The hotel is situated right in front of the beach and has great view from the window, but that's where it ends.

As the room was described there should have been an AC, fridge, coffee maker, 65 sqm size etc. We even wrote message and got additional for confirmation that there is an AC as we were traveling with a small child. In reality there were no rooms with AC at all, only a single noisy fan. No fridge, no coffee machine (when we asked they gave us a hot water jug), no hanging ropes for the towels. room was no more then 20-25sqm. Because of no air conditioning (needless extra according to the stuff) we had to sleep with the only window in the room open, in this way we had to deal with the noise form the street and the plane that were flying out just on top of the hotel. fortunately most of the planes were very rare between 1-5 am, so we could get some sleep The rooms are situated on the second floor reachable trough a very steep stairs, without railings also not suitable for small children. We had one dinner at the restaurant but we also can not recommend that. The beach is nice but the water gets very deep, and it was very wavy so the life guards did not allow to anyone to go deeper then waist up. The see was also very dirty with a lot of rubbish floating in the waves. Further smaller problems: bedside lamps were not working and despite our complain this was not resolved for the 10 days we spend there. The switch between the overhead and handheld shower was not working, so only one was working.

Really nice clean new hotel with a beautiful sea view! We payed 57 euros for a room of 3 adults and 1 baby, it is a good price. The staff is kind and arranging. After our stay they asked what can they do better for the hotel facilities, so they are really interested in making things better, it is really pleasant. The hotel owner and his family are kind and charming. They can also organise a transfer from the airport for you, which is really convenient and it will be a better price if you command a transfer yourself, it is between 50 and 60 euros for a round trip.

The only reason I put 9 and not 10 is that the breakfast is rather little for 10 euros price, especially when you know how big a “turkish breakfast” can be. On the other hand, they are offering bottled water and coffee for free. And it is still better, than eating in the airport. Well, all in all, everything was perfect, so I definitely recommend you the hotel as a stop over in Istanbul. Thank you one more time and hope to see you on our next trip !

This room was enough for me for a short stay

Not clean bathroom when I came, but so nice personel cleaned it immediately when I said about it.

The accommodation has a family atmosphere, the view is very nice, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the staff are very polite and helpful

— hallways kind of ramshackle, falling apart — wifi didn’t work, cell service was spotty — no AC, quite hot — for an airport hotel, still kinda far from hotel, like 15m through back country roads — bathroom smelled

One guy he cooked and helped with everything. Very friendly, always found a way out for my requests. Very tasty food.

I chose a hotel not far from the airport. It was my mistake!!!! Don't ever do the same. If you just want to relax in a quiet place, in the village, you go there. Know that your Uber will bring you but will not take you from that place, as cab drivers want an additional amount to what you have to pay for the price. The stores only have water and snacks, to buy other groceries you will need to take a bus, you need a card to get in. What kindly provided me is the guy who cooks in the hotel. I paid separately for breakfast 10 €, and at the end of the stay I was charged another 21$, for what I do not know! To be honest it was not discussed!!!!
