Very dirty bedding was not clean hairs in bed velux window was open before got there so bed was wet dirty pots in bedroom very scruffy

I didn't stay at the property as it was a total.mess the beds had public hair all over beds were all Staindrop food crumbs all over pots in sink pots on the side crisps all on the floors dirty towels on the floor the list goes on I'm waiting on a full refud

Rooms was nice

But everything was massy . When we enter in property there was smell of smoke

We arrived and the property has not been cleaned at all. The beds were still unmade from the previous people that had slept in them. There were dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor, there were things left thrown on the sofa. It was absolutely shocking, we took photos and left immediately. We tried calling and have now contacted booking.com to assist with a refund.

Place wasn't cleaned, beds messy and used, didnt look like it had been cleaned for a while was so dirty, host was hard to get hold of and ended up ignoring us. Got hold of booking.com who have for 20+days been trying to get hold of him but they get no reply so refused refund.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great space - lots of heaters so it was warm. Walkable distance to the town centre.

I found it difficult to communicate with the host but we had access to the location easily.

It's a cute and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean.

The property was great for a short stay, and not too far from the city centre.

I had tried to contact the host prior to our stay to check if we could park on the drive before check-in. There was no reply. On the day (at check-in time) we still hadn’t received any information on how to check in, so I was calling the host frantically for about 45 minutes with no response. The property below had said that they’d had a similar issue with the host. Finally we got in, but I couldn’t fit my car in the parking space, as there was a car parked over them both- the host said he’d send them a message to move, but obviously they didn’t, so I had to park a fair distance away due to permit only parking. The second bed was just a mattress on the floor (which wasn’t a huge issue to us), just may be difficult for others. Only one bath towel in each room. There wasn’t a bin either. Just a bit of a random stay. Apart from the initial stress at the start (due to us having dinner reservations), our stay was fine and did the job for us. The host was apologetic when we get hold of him, just wasn’t an ideal situation to be in.
