Room: Jacuzzi on the room terrace, cleanliness, quality matresses, well-thought decoration details, well-lit, smart electrical/light control panels near the bed, couch, coffee maker; my gf appreciated everyday topped up nespresso capsules :) good quality curtains - no light inside, big terrace with bug screen. Hotel: hotel pool around the building, pool in the main hotel, friendly staff, Main hotel (where the restaurant was): Great location, attentive staff (they really did not stop at all, always hardworking) , variety of food, great selection of main courses, salads, food, meat/veg/fruit, desserts... really astonishing, the head of staff even made me a dzezva coffee when i did not know why, even when it took a bit of time. Private beach: all-inc on the beach was perfect, great waiter, always smiling, some smaller selection of tasty lunch. The beach is in a bay, no wind, no waves or algae, pretty safe. Few rocks near the beach/sea border, but there are stairs into the sea, which go over the rocks to the sandy seabed, which is pretty flat and not too deep. Pool area: nice, clean, you could always find free sunbeds/umbrellas, great drinks at all of the 4 bars - hotel, main hotel, pool area and the beach. And they're pretty ecological, glassware for restaurant, black plasticware for the pool, and singleuse only for the takeaway. They even solved the worst human problem - and gave you two paper holders, one in each direction of rolling :) (photos)

Restaurant for the main courses was 5min walk in other hotel, sometimes we were in a rush walking back and forth, but there is a free shuttle service we were too shy to ask for. Pools close at 18, we wished we could have night swimming sometime, because the pools look beautiful at night, but it's not the hotel's fault if it's nationwide policy, and given the safety risks i understand. The top showerhead was hanging on a hose from the broken ceiling - just a minor issue. We did not know how to turn off the oudoor lights or heating in jacuzzi, so it was running through the night and woke me a few times on startup - minor issue, could have asked the staff :) Some of the smart panel buttons were wired wrong - my icon for main light was a shower light on the other panel, and in reality it turned on the hallway, minor, resolved by trial-and-error :) Snack service in our hotel haven't got a lot of variety, but the main restaurant greatly compensated for it. One receptionist was super nice and a lot more eager to help us than the other one, with which we felt like we're bothering her. Only real negative is the undiscounted price - We got a great deal this time, we probably couldn't afford a week there at the full price, but god it was worth it.

Ci siamo trovati molto: staff gentile, posizione ottima, pulizia in tutti gli spazi, cibo buono e strutture nuove e con bel design. Consigliato :)

Per usufruire del ristorante bisogna camminare qualche minuto nell'altra struttura, ma è molto vicino (3 minuti) ma è anche è disponibile il personale con una "navetta" per i trasferimenti.

Loved the vibe of this adults-only hotel. The pool bar served delicious cocktails and the dinners were memorable. A perfect place to relax.
