Nepatiko kad salia yra kirpykla ir jautėsi nemalonus kvapas. Taip pat vonios kambariai jau prasosi atnaujinimo.

The location of this apartment is absolutely phenomenal, situated right at the entrance to the old town. The space itself looks amazing—it is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. On top of that, communication with the host was superb; they were extremely responsive and quick to assist whenever any questions came up. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the host's excellent communication and assistance, which allowed us to check in earlier than planned. We did encounter a few minor issues during our time there. The arrival was a bit tricky as the lockbox wasn't located on the wall as described in the instructions. Once inside, we struggled to get the heating to work, which was a bit uncomfortable since we were traveling with children. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent initially, though it worked fine after a few router restarts. Lastly, because the apartment door is located right next to a busy hair and beauty salon, there was some noticeable noise at times. The house was wonderful modern and right in the center. It was big and clean.

We had an enormous problem at our check in. Our flight was landing after midnight so we had to get the keys from the keybox as we did. Then we realised that there were only 2 keys in the keybox and we needed 3 keys to enter the apartment. We were calling all the telephone nubers that we could find but there was no answer so we had to find a hotel to spend the night. The next morning the booking manager's office called us and apologised.

We were unable to access the property on arrival. The instructions that we received did not work. We had to telephone the property manager who then sent someone to the property with keys. We had to wait over an hour. Someone should have been there to meet us on arrival particularly since we had given our arrival time in advance. This was disappointing. We then had difficulty using the key to the outer shutter door. We asked for help but this did not happen. When leaving we had no information about where to leave the key. There was no safe box even though the instructions referred to one. The instructions need updating. We should not have had to wait until after 7pm to access the property. I would appreciate receiving a response about this.

Great stay at Luxe Living at Old Town Center. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Bratislava, everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere despite being central. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and efficient. Overall, a very convenient and high-quality option for a short stay. Would definitely recommend.

דירה מרווחת מאד, מיטות נוחות, וילונות שמסתירים את האור בבוקר, מטבח וסלון גדולים, עיצוב נחמד, 2 חדרי מקלחת, 2 חדרי שינה גדולים, איפשרו לנו צ'קאין מוקדם בלי תוספת תשלום.

אין מנעולים בחלק מהדלתות שלא תמיד נסגרות טוב, הזרם במקלחת סביר, אבל רצוי לחדש, לא היו לי מיים חמים באחד הלילות כשנכנסתי למקלחת, לא הצלחנו לפתוח את השער בכניסה בלילה כשניסינו לצאת, המפתח לא פתח את השער מבפנים, לא נגרם לנו יותר מדי נזק, אבל ממש כדאי לסדר את זה דחוף.

Location and very spacious apartment

Superb location right in the centre, spacious apartment 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms great size best suited for 4 people/2 couples..quiet location but 3 mins walk to good bars and shops, ate at a quality restaurant Matto Gatto ,recommended but book first at weekends also Chinese 10min walk away called Jasmin near the castle 9 out of 10..the small bar on the corner near the Chinese called Certa is perfect great price 16E for 6 pints..and really quaint..Irish bar Brannigans in the Old Town centre is very good too if you want a bustling bar with Atmosphere at weekends..Vienna an hour away for day trip..Best to get bus tho as train means underground tube once you get off train ,easier on bus I think..overall worth a visit .

Arrived 8pm a lady met us with keys without letting us in and said read description for entry then just disappeared ,not great reception on meeting..heating needs clear instructions was cold on arrival, January is minus temps at Night, and bed in ensuite is hard, 2nd bedroom more comfy bed..no instructions inside on house which would have helped...especially if you arnt savvy with heating or want to where to go locally..it didn't put us off as we sussed it out..there 3 keys one for shutter closed night time for security and 2 for doors easy to suss out after first entry..basically good apartment just could be better hospitality if critical...
