Chicago Exquisite Haven 2bed 2bath Near Downtown and United Center

Cancelled on me at the last minute no notice

To be honest I kicked my new year off with this stay & may I say I definitely felt at home. Very much peaceful, easy parking, host was well communicative. If you’re thinking about booking 10/10 for me honestly. This space is truly beautiful.

Everything was good.

Nothing. Was only there for 1 hour.

Where to begin. The property owner is very specific to tell you to only use the rear entrance. It appears Chicago is a city where one street is fine and a parallel street is extremely unsafe. This property is in between those. Outside the property, on the front side, my partner was abused by a woman on the street and the night before, according to my research there was an incident with a gun in the same spot. We got inside and a smoke alarm was going off with a carbon monoxide warning. Contacted the property, no resolution. All the while there is a fight occurring on the street outside which we can hear with the windows closed. We ended up leaving after 1 hour of a 2 night stay and not coming back due to real safety concerns. Property owner said they would get back to me with a refund and has ignored all messages since.

El apartamento es nuevo y tiene lo necesario para una buena estancia. Es cómodo, grande y bien cuidado. La ubicación es buena y cercana al metro con tan solo cinco minutos de caminada. La zona no es tan buena llegando por la avenida principal pero por los barrios traseros todo mejora mucho. No hay mercados o tiendas cercanas así q compra tus cosas antes de llegar.

Estaba un poco sucio, se sentía el olor a limpio pero a pesar de eso encontramos un par de cosas que no estaban tan limpias, lo cual procedimos a limpiar para tener más tranquilidad.

It was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing to say negative about the property.

Not too far from downtown, cleanliness, safe.

Very nicely furnished apartment, comfortable furniture and a good amount of space. Fairly clean and offered plenty of amenities. Good walking distance to the supermarket and United Center.

Missing a few essential kitchenware items, no baking sheet or colander which made it difficult to cook dinner. The dryer vent also likely has not been cleaned out as my clothes were still damp after multiple cycles.

Very nice and cozy place! Has everything you would need and plenty of space.
