Close to lots takeaways and short drive to airport. Free parking. Cooking washing facility. Very helpful staff get back to you quickly. Very good price.for 4 peoe one night.

Bed needs new mattress pillows. Sofa beds very hard the click clack type so uncomfortable in middle. TV remote needed new batteries. Tea coffee sugar would have been nice even few sachets for morning!

Nothing it was awful

It was advertised as Birmingham Resorts World NEC BHX, it was actually in a really rough area few miles away, it was awful and we didn’t stay there. IMO booking.com should not take bookings for this property! I would like a refund it was false advertising. I didn’t take photos inside, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, the bathroom smelt horrible

Quiet bedroom.

Not sure it really qualifies as an NEC hotel. It still takes over an hour to get there from the flat. For that sort of time you could be staying in Coventry or somewhere lol House instructions would've been useful. Like wifi password, how to work heating etc. Back garden is grim.

Very clean and modern

The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The was only one fan and no air conditioning, which made the entire flat boiling hot all day and night

Absolutely shocking from start to finish, travelled 3.5 hours with a family of 4. To be told the reservation was cancelled 30 minutes before check-in.

The whole apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and plenty of room for everything we bought with us. Kitchen was well equipped. Light and airy.

needed more mugs for tea as there was only one. the sofa beds werent the most comfortable but worked. Couldn't work out how to turn off the heating.
