ESGBGBIt is large and has the potential to be a gorgeous house. The 2 bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready and no whinging over needing the toilet when someone else is in. The rooms are all a good size as well. And everything was comfy.
The area it is is quite far from the city centre (20min+ walk so not great if you struggle with mobility). Some parts you need to walk through at night can be a bit unnerving, especially if you are on your own. The house has some cracks which look structural, the kitchen has some dampness and marks on the worktops and cuoboards and the carpets have a few marks/stains. There are huge cobwebs higher up, and the bannister has been marked/damaged at some point. The bathrooms have some cracks and we noticed bits of the floor on a bedroom and bathroom etc damaged. It's really just well used and getting run down so needs some TLC to bring it back to it's full potential.

ESESSe podía aparcar en la propiedad y no había ruidos de vecinos ni nada que pudiera molestarnos. El acceso a las llaves fue muy cómodo. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaban perfectamente. Los electrodomésticos eran antiguos pero funcionaban (los que había).
La casa está llena de muebles viejos. Solo había una sartén y estaba deteriorada. Los baños eran antiguos y con falta de mantenimiento. Las ventanas cerraban mal y con mucha dificultad. No había cafetera. Se apreciaba falta de mantenimiento en general en la casa. No hay armarios, solo percheros para colgar la ropa. Las fotografías muestran una casa mejor de lo que uno se encuentra. Por ello, el precio nos pareció muy por encima de la calidad que nos encontramos en el alojamiento.
