GBThe location is great, within short walking distance from town centre. On site (property) parking was a big plus Had all the basic home facilities (e.g. kitchen appliances, TV options, hot water)
The property is in need of some internal upgrading. It felt like we stepped back into the 80's. First impressions were really disappointing as the house smelled of dampness and was freezing cold. It took me a while to figure out how the central heating worked and I did not receive much help from the people who managed the property. It was just a lucky coincidence that I was a bit familiar with the combi boiler system installed. The rooms were clean but I don't think the bed linen was. The duvet cover seemed to me quite dirty and in general because the bed linen (sheets, duvet, cushions, bed throw) appeared creased and dirty, it did not reassure me of cleanliness.
