There was no TV or Internet, and mirror was cracked in one of the bathrooms. The toilet seat was cracked, paintwork around shower base not finished. Some appliances didn't work in the kitchen, and the fact there was no one to speak to, only via WhatsApp msg. I was not impressed. It should have double glazing windows as it is right next to a very busy road.

It was very clean, except for marks on stair carpet

Overall an upsetting experience. We couldn’t access the property because lockbox code info was not sent until the evening of check in (we had to call for access), despite advising arrival time. Lots of damages, some fundamental, some less so. Internet did not work and no apology for that nor attempt by owner to fix (we advised immediately). Furniture not fit for a charity/thrift shop. Above all, the managing agent (overseas I believe) has charged us for a broken bathroom mirror which we did NOT break. The amount is trivial but the ‘scam’ is upsetting. They also have a copy of passports/driving licences and facial image for each guest and will not provide any Data Protection assurances. My group is now very nervous. We slept badly - road noise at front and stench from Chinese takeaway extractor at rear permeated the ill fitting dilapidated window frames.

Stark abgenutzte Küche: (Tisch und Stühle wackelig, Backofen stark verschmutzt, [Teflon-]Pfanne und Töpfe beschädigt und darum nicht verwendbar.) Dachgeschoss: Türschlösser defekt ( einsperrungsgefahr) Metalfedern der Matratze des oberen Bettes deutlich spürbar. Bett an ecke durchgebrochen. Wasser im oberen Schlafzimmer wird nicht warm. Wohnzimmer: Coach sehr klebrig. Schlafzimmer: restlichen Betten sehr durchgelegen und Fenster schmutzig und veraltet

The location was fine.

It is very difficult to check in. Staff unhelpful. Couldn't tell me if they had a high chair. Had to pack our own. Accommodation very basic.for what you pay.

All the rooms were clean and tidy and was enough for my family of 7. The location was great too. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We couldn’t work the heating, the device in the hallway stated it couldn’t connect but apart from this, we enjoyed our stay!
