Place was tiny and stocked woth some items that people may require on their trip that was helpful. Just a short work to food and entertainment areas.

Beds were comfortable but we are used to sleeping on a larger bed so didn't get much sleep and ended up trying to sleep out on the lounge. Not the accommodations fault, just what we are used to.

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicacion, queda cerca de lugares turisticos como el jardín botánico y museos, es como barrio universitario entonces es un barrio seguro con muchos bares cerca. Facil acceso a todo en uber. El host muy agradable siempre disponible para responder preguntas y ayudar en caso de dudas, muy contenta con el alojamiento, estuvimos poco tiempo pero definitivamente si vuelvo a Belfast repetiré el lugar

We arrived early and Sam allowed us to check in early, like an absolute dote! Then when the key snapped in the lock (pure bad luck, not his fault at all!!) in the middle of the night, he was all over it and answered my 3am messages!

Great apartment. A little way out but no bother, less than 10 mins in a cab. Fantastic communication with leaser. Lovely and clean. Very comfy. Nice extra’s like tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Flat was clean, spacious and well equipped. Host was very open to feedback and extremely responsive in communications.

The bed we slept on in the smaller bedroom had an uncomfortable mattress setup, however we spoke with the host upon leaving and they have said they intend to investigate and rectify this as soon as possible. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for any more.

Sam is a great host, who checked in on us to ensure everything was okay. Free parking just outside the accommodation was a bonus. The flat is close to the Botanic Gardens. A great place for a picnic on a sunny afternoon. The free teabags,milk, butter and jam was a nice touch.

Lovely little apartment. Will definitely return!

Great value 2 full double bedrooms so worked out far cheaper than a hotel. Appartement was very well equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. Communication with owners was perfect
