Nice clean little 2-bed flat for 2 people for our overnight trip to Belfast. Parking easy and easy key pick-up instructions from host. Good shower.

Location felt edgy on arrival, but on the plus side it was close to city centre.

We had a lovely weekend break and Sam was a fantastic host. The apartment was well equipped and clean. There were lots of little touches we appreciated butter, milk jam etc. also toiletries. The communication was amazing from Sam and replied quickly when we contacted him. Highly recommend staying here and would book again.

Very nce accommodation and we appreciated the little touches like jam, butter and milk (UHT) single portions, and big fluffy towels. We enjoyed the diversity of the neighbourhood and Botanic Ave is great.

Although we mostly liked the area, the street gets a little sketchier towards Ormeau Rd. Not too bad but we needed to keep an eye out. .
