Room was clean and comfortable

Our three-night stay was excellent. The property is very safe and secure. The room was comfortable, extremely clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The self-catering facilities, including a large kitchen and lounge area, were a big plus. The outdoor pool offered a lovely space to unwind. Non-smoking rooms are available, with easy access to a terrace for smokers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. Highly recommended — fantastic value for money, and 5 stars for cleanliness, service, and friendliness. They could add Netflix at least and add an AC other than that

Our visitors have to pay an extra R50 per head just to visit on the terrace for 30 minutes in order to keep an eye on the kids swimming. They should state that in the booking to prepare visitors. Tv channels and having to physically switch off the TV.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. His 1st answer when we complained about the room was: "you can cancel and go somewhere else" This is at 23:00 in the night and we had already paid for the room 2 days before arrival. The room was so misleading, nothing compared to what they claim to be on the booking site. The bedding and sheets were extremely dirty and smelling. The dishes available was extremely dirty. No ventilation in the room and no wardrobe. No water in the room neither vanities. They issued one towel per room and only gave one more towel after a lot of complains and frustrating arguments. I would never recommend this place, it was the worst experience ever

The bedding was not smelling nice

The accomodation was fully booked although I booked way prior to my traveling. They sent me to another bogus accomodation. The host didn't even have decency of meeting me. I wanted refund on my money so that I can book somewhere else but the owner didn't even respond to that.
