"Wtf even"

The picture show and even the location is not the same. We followed the navigation on the website and were completely lost driving around for about 30 mins. We called the number provided on booking.com and we were told to send a hi on whatsapp for the location. After calling multiple times, the location takes us from Riviera Park to golf view.. suddenly we are at Bulezi guest house according to google maps.. The number is saved as Rizhatch guesthouse. And the sign infront of it says Kiara guest house. Confused as hell we walk in and ask what happened to our room. We are told that it was fully booked.. but how.. because I booked it a few days ago? Doesn't it mean the person who booked after me should have gone to the second location? Also why didnt i get a call.. a message. Any notification at least to say that the guest house has suddenly changed. We ended up not staying the night.

The host was a really nice person, and everything was great. I’d book there again. The safety there is incredible, I enjoyed everything about it

The key issue, for safety I understand I felt bad having to constantly ask the host to open the gate for me.
