Nothing because didnt get to stay there.

Didnt stay there because when i got to the property was told that it was full and i booked on 15th december. Was then offered alternative accommodation at Kiara Lodge which i didnt like and had to fight to get my money back . Only received R800 at around 9pm and to date i am yet to receive the balance. Staff keeps blaming each other as to why my room was not reserved. The female hostess at Kiara Lodge was very rude and unprofessional.
