Dear sir, I am old customer and regular to BOOKING.COM I got some trust and faith of room booking. it is Horrible exerianced when I as in chennai in this hotel. NO water and collected total amount Rs 2500 for two nights and not provided Bill also and no responsible manager only office boy, he dont know any thing. without water one night compleated and next day early moriing by 4 am. again same issue and the boy is telling I canot help. even reciption does not have telephone and no phone numbers to call and one attender came by 5 am and shouting at me , this is the condition, I will not pay back money... Can you imagin without water the rooms will be having services. I called your customer service and explianed . for him also no one responded and he also says same , i am helpless then I booked the room in same street by paying Rs 1800 per night any how Iosed the money and safegaurd our lifes..... who will refund the amout. what is your BOOKING .COM ethiks. I am attaching the room booking detials also and some vedio and also images.. how you will make compansation.... I will wait for 15 days and go to consumer court since my son is Advocate. ok

why we are booking the room on your portal for saftey and facility. Both are absent. No resposiblity and minimum ethicks from your customer care.
