Staff behaviour is very bad, room are in very bad condition.

Every thing is worst no proper rooms and no facilities are given

The location is the only good thing as its equidistant to egmore railway station/metro and park metro station and metro.

The room was very dirty with trash all over the floor, and the bed had stains in them and the blanket was all crumpled up. Room wasn't cleaned after previous checkout, when mentioned to the staff to come clean it, they never did. The bathroom was horrible and the bucket was really dirty. There were no toiletries provided as well.

Everything, the staff who was there yesterday for morning was very rude, no Ac working, I asked him almost 10 plus times please provide me basic amenities, they didn’t even provide me a towel, at night I did a early checkout, as nothing was going right, I told them there is no water in room, I had to tell them there is no water almost 4-5 times, it’s not a hotel it’s a torture, never in my life will go there, as per amenities mentioned on app nothing was available, even the room was so bad, no cleanliness, and they took extra money , the worst ever property I have ever stayed, stay anywhere else don’t go here they don’t know to treat you, they don’t know hospitality and the morning shift guy I guess his name is sayyed I didn’t know his name I asked him name from a healthy guy who does night shift he told me his name is sayyed, he is the worst, argues a lot and never gives a solution its his mistake but still will not confirm and argue with you
