"Lovely little house close to the beach"

Very clean and comfortable property that was only a few steps away from a nice small beach. Lots of eating options within a few minutes walk.

The sun gets blocked out by the adjacent apartment blocks which leaves the garden in shade a little earlier than we'd hoped for. Otherwise a very good little house.

La terrasse est superbe, parfaite pour profiter de la fraîcheur du soir. L'appartement est très confortable et vraiment très bien placé. Le fait qu'il soit à 10 minutes du port à pieds et un sérieux avantage. Et à deux pas de la plage. Rien à dire, on a adoré

Il faudrait juste rajouter une essoreuse à salade et un grand couteau pour les légumes

Great property - loved the easy check in, communication with manager/host excellent - fabulous location in a quieter end of Agios Nik - but still within walking distance of a beautiful swimming beach and local amenities - on-site parking is really convenient as is the location for easy driving in and out of town - would not hesitate to book again

If there is rain, unable to use outdoor seating area as the overhead roofing does leak; the front door lock can be a bit tempermental; a bit overlooked at the bottom of the garden by pedestrian traffic but not really an issue especially as we were visiting off-season.
