Captivating 2-Bed House in Nettleham

Immaculately clean, excellent facilities, lots of lovely extra touches and a friendly, helpful host!

Lovely little house on the village green beautifully decorated and furnished and with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Friendly host who met us on arrival and explained everything to us. Location is great, close to Lincoln but in a village setting. There are 2 pubs opposite, a Co-Op a few doors down the road and fish & chips in the other direction all in easy walking distance. Shame the weather wasn’t great as there is a garden which would have been nice to sit in.

Fabulous house, great location, lots of little extras making you feel thoroughly spoilt and totally looked after. We will be back!

Holy tree needs trimming & stepping stones from gate to back door would help on rainy days.

A beautiful property, lovely character and in the cutest village in a short distance away from Lincoln. Ioana greeted us and showed us around, she had left absolutely everything and anything we needed. A breakfast bundle, hot drinks and even a stocked tassimo. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We may be back in the summer to enjoy the garden
