Captivating 2-Bed House in Nettleham

Met at the agreed time, time taken to explain everything and shown around the property. Great hostess, really pleasurable expereience.

Beautifully furnished two- bed cottage in central Nettleham. Was so modern and tastefully furnished plus Ioana had left muffins, biccies, milk, coffee pods etc. Lovely garden too and super comfy sofa and beds. Plus free parking out the back. Three friendly pubs with a couple of minutes plus a Greek, Chinese and Fish and Chip shop within 20 seconds of the property.

It's worth noting that the Co-op is shut- just a tiny pop up available currently- so with stocking up before you arrive.

Property was absolutely stunning and perfectly located.

Nothing - could have done with a cloth to wipe kitchen sides but other than that no complaints!

The location of the house was perfect for village life but also for access to Lincoln city centre

There's nothing that we didnt like. Everything was perfect.

We liked everything, the amenities, the location, the host and all the little extras. The house is in a cute little village with 2 pubs across the road, takeaways and a co op. The house and garden are immaculate and have everything you need and more. The best thing was the lovely little extras the host provides: a personal welcome, sharing local knowledge, a delicious breakfast basket, fresh fluffy towels and even chocolates on the pillows. Loved th8s place and we will be back. Thank you Ioana xxx

Going home!

Very clean with a nice outdoor area. And a good position in the village.

Substantial breakfast pack was an added bonus as was tea/coffee provided. well equipped kitchen and lounge area. beds were super comfortable with quality bedding and towels. Relaxing garden with good seating options.

More clothing storage and chest of draws required.

The shower was a little awkward to use it, it was so close to a shelf you couldn’t adjust the head.
