Captivating 2-Bed House in Nettleham

Lovely house in a quiet little village with a bus stop to travel into Lincoln right outside the front door The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with lovely little touches like a selection of cereals and toast for breakfast Great communication from the host in the lead up to our stay and we were welcomed and shown around on arrival An absolute pleasure to stay here and I would definitely recommend and book again in future

This beautiful little cottage in the most quaint little village on the edge of the green is just perfect. The host 'Ioana' couldn't do enough for us, and had thought of everything. The cleanliness was off the scale, and the little garden was equipped with a love seat, table and chairs. We had planned to go out for dinner, but we felt so relaxed there, we ordered a take away from one of the many options in the village, and chilled in the garden with a few beers and the bottle of prosecco Ioana had left on chill for us as it was my husbands 60th birthday. We will most definitely return.

There honestly wasn't a thing! It's faultless!

Everything! House was beautiful, absolutely spotless! The little touches that were very thoughtful, milk, fresh orange and water in the fridge. Cereals bread, crumpets, jam etc all left for us. The host Ioana met us upon arrival , she was the perfect hostess, what a lovely lady. Excellent location, 2 village pubs across the road, shops, takeaway and bus stop right outside.

Absolutely beautiful, will definitely stay again. Lovely comfy beds, everything was just perfect.

Located in beautiful village. Allocated parking space. Exceptionally clean. Shown round by owner on arrival. Comfy beds and lovely little touches like chocolates on the bed and essential supplies provided. (Milk, bread, butter, cereals, juice, tea, coffee etc) . Lovely garden with seating. Great quality fixtures & fittings. Massage beds, opti-myst fire, coffee maker.

We found no faults - nothing we would change at all.

Well equipped and cosy . Ioana’s generosity following the closure of the local store was much appreciated.

. Did struggle with heater control in the living room . Wasn’t aware of any instructions

Great place in a wonderful village location with lots of pubs and easy access into Lincoln. Perfect for a chilled girls trip!
