Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. Children aged 17 and under are not allowed in the property, even with guardians. We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus. Please note that drugs or any psychoactive substance consumption is prohibited at the property Please note that alcohol consumption is subject to property’s discretion and local law. "Very Good"

Amazing property - great view of the mountains , away from the hustle of Manali and into a Calm atmosphere . Room and washroom were very clean . However there were stains and hairs on the bedding but upon telling them they promptly changed everything and provided us with absolutely fresh and new sheets and pillows . Other than that it was a great stay .

I had a very disappointing experience at this Zostel. The staff were extremely uncooperative and had a bad attitude throughout my stay. They were rude when asked for basic assistance and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. On top of that, the cleanliness was below standard — the bedsheet provided was dirty and clearly not changed before my arrival. Overall, the vibe was unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly stay.
