the property was about a 20-30 minute walk away from everything. Big TV. The receptionists were fairly polite. spacious. good air conditioning.

The shower head holder was broken. Faulty irons. We asked for a new one but it was leaking water. the bed sheets were yellow when we first arrived and we had to go to the nearest store to buy detergent and disinfectant wipes to clean the whole apartment and wash the bedsheets. the walls and counters were chipped and stained. the carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty. The place had a faint smell. there was hair in the bathtub. not as clean and luxurious as advertised in the photos.

Appartement à rénover entièrement rien n'est en bon état, la clim ne fonctionne qu'à moitié, il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle et pas du tout de cuillères à café, lave vaisselle, frigo HS, placards sales, baignoire bouchée, ampoules HS (bien que changement demandé), chaises cassées, parquet défoncé, rideaux et murs sales, transats de la piscine complètement explosés. Nous avons dû faire la vaisselle avant de s'en servir et nettoyer l'intérieur des armoires pour ranger nos affaires.

Beddings, pillows and blankets are old and saggy. Requested for room cleaning on our third day they refused. Main door key lock old fashioned and its hard to open and close.
