Location was great. Spa was extremely great value for the price. There is literally no other positives apart from the place "looks good". It's cheap for a reason.

Arrived 20 minutes before check in. One host was ready to hand keys over. Her co-host stops her and says we need to wait 20 minutes. We asked, "are the rooms not ready?", she said we have to wait. As we waited in reception, another family checked in before check in time, who spoke the same language. So clearly, this co host, does not like british or tourists. Wifi didn't work. Room cleaning only every 3 days. Beds not comfy. Air con does not work. Cheap for a reason.

Locality was quite good only few minutes by walk from the center of the city. Also acces to the hotel spa was great.

The communication before accomodation was really horrible. I was not able to reach reception on provided telephone number. In accomodation it seems to me like in the same hotel two companies are operating. Also it looks like owner is upgrading couple of rooms and it results in lack of cleaning. Dust where on couple of places in the room.

the rooms are big, new and clean. the swiming pool and jacuzzi are great, also the gym. nice crew, good location, low price

I paid and didn't get a invoice !!! I still wait for invoice !! We must pay 100 euro extra per day for parking there was no such information when we are booking! the bed was broken and the boards fell out every night

Equipment old and dirty

We've arrived to spend a lovely holiday as a family with little kids and were largely disappointed. Our first apartment had broken furniture and was in a much worse state than advertised on the photos. After filling a complaint we've got an offer to exchange to another apartment. The state of the second apartment was better, however still much lower than what you'd expect from this price. I'd not recommend to stay in these apartments if you are visiting Budapest.
