Garden Cottage B&b

We found the cottage to be nice and airy. Clean and bright full of English charm. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast. Gill and Bill made us feel very welcome. Definitely want to come again. We would highly recommend Garden Cottage B&B.

The village is beautiful and very close to Andover. the cottage and garden are lovely, everything is very authentic and gives a homely feel. The owners are friendly and efficient - we really enjoyed our stay there.

Garden Cottage is situated at the end of a short quiet country lane in a quiet village. Peace and tranquillity is in abundance. Gill the host, is really friendly and helpful but gives, for me, the perfect amount of space. The bed in my room was enormous and very comfortable. The room was extremely cosy and very clean with all the amenities you would need. The morning breakfast was faultless. A lovely home cooked full English with toast, juice and coffee. Even cereals available if I wanted. Thank you Gill for a wonderful stay. I will be recommending it to all my friends.

The local pub, 5 minutes walk away, was not serving food on the evening I went. Obviously this wasn't Gill's fault but as I am sure the pub gets a fair amount of business from Garden Cottage, perhaps they could let Gill know when they are either closed or not serving food.
