I loved the view of the place and staff was friendly

We couldn't watch TV because the remote was not working

Parking has no shade

I liked everything about the place, what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get

The shower was amazing and huge

That we didn't get our own keys for opening the gate

The location is exceptional and the facility is beautiful

The bed was not in good shape... It makes noise... The artificial grass by the pool is worn out... TV is old model... But otherwise I enjoyed with my partner...

Very clean, Lovely staff who were very helpful with everything, Modern bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Perfect location with walkable distance to the lovely gardens of the Union Buildings ( a great tourist site)

Laundry room and kitchen were in an outside building and its a shared space, i had to wake up, iron clothes and prepare breakfast on cold mornings. Their Kitchen does not provide basic cutlery that the average self-catering facility normally does. The place looks like it’s designed for big groups with special occasions where they bring their own hired catering company.
