There was a hick up when bookings clashed

The facility was clean and well looked after

The owner was very rude and arrogant he even swear his stuff in front of the guests he was yelling at his stuff members

The facility the cleaners and security guys were very welcoming and friendly

The behavior of the owner andmanagenent They didn't have electricity and couldn't buy fuel for the generator due to their personal issues because the owner doesn't respect his employees

Poor first time when you take a shower the water doesn't go trough it was water all over the room, second time no electricity

The place is HUGE! There's so much more space than you think. They have chairs located outside if you want to sit and chill. Braai stand, but you'll need to clean it yourself. Dedicated kitchen was useful. Bedrooms are all ensuit and they're huge! They have a living room area as well that's very good for hosting a group. Staff is also very kind and useful.

The venue says it sleeps 14, and you expect to have 7 bedrooms that hold 2 each but that's not the case. There's only 5 bedrooms. 4 downstairs, 1 upstairs. So that means you'll have to have 3 in each bedroom. You don't get your own key for the gate so every time you want to leave you have to ask the caretaker for permission, like you're a child 😑.

The property did not have electricity for the whole week, had to take a cold shower in the morning and used my phone as a light while studying. I had to book an alternative accommodation therefore incurred an additional costs. Quite an inconvenience

No electricity resulting in cold shower and no bar fridge in the room.

Great location, well maintained (very nice and clean) And Mr Patrick was very kind

There was an electricity issue and the electricity kept tripping the whole night. To be fair it was a problem to be fixed by the city of Tshwane
