The photo in advertising totally different. I feel like being scammed. The kitchen towels is dirty. The wall have mold. The wallpaper has come off and is no longer sticking to the wall. No welcome treat. No wifi even password given but you not connected. Mention apartment facing mountain actually it was facing bushland.

Quiet surroundings without the hustle bustle of traffic.

The property (E21-01-03A) is badly maintained. One of the rooms got no curtain. Airocnd in that particular room is in terrible state and blowing only warm air. I recorded a video to show management but i was given no response. aircond in the rest of the rooms were not working well either, both suffered from airflow blockage. main door (inside) handle is loose and i thought i could have dislodged it easily simply by pulling the door open. toilet amenities such as faucets, bidets & shower head holders are not working properly. Toilet flooring is not clean too. ALL DOORS in the unit squeak like we are in a haunted house. some remotes (fan and aircond) are not working. i had to use remotes from other rooms and luckily they are of the same brand and models. A HUGE disappointment despite i have sent message to management and remind them of my concerns 2 weeks before i checked in.
