location was suitable for my trip. very good bar meal plenty of it

lack of power sockets in the room. no parking on site but public car park a little up the road was very full and lucky to get a spot

The location.

1. The mattress. The worst mattress I've ever slept in - you could feel every coil poking your ribs. I woke up several times during the night. I had back pain in the morning. I rang the owner to complain and his exact words were "I slept on it during the pandemic and it was fine". The pandemic was five years ago... After reading the reviews, I'm not the first person who has complained. 2. No hot water. I complained and the owner said that it was simply "impossible". 3. The next door's shower generator was making noise every single time it was used... At least, three times during the night. I mentioned all these issues to the owner who dismissed them and said that this is what I should expect for £50 a night... Because other businesses in the village charge three times more. Of course, I checked out after spending the first night* because there was no way I was staying there any longer. Not for human habitation. *I would have left during the night but I don't feel safe driving in the dark.

Un pub tipico gallese con camere piccole e ben tenute. Bagno attrezzato ma piccolo, non offrono colazione ma di fronte troverete un eccezionale bar. Il parcheggio non è della struttura ma spazio pubblico a pagamento sino ad una certa ora. Si può cenare e la qualità è buona (provata la classica torta gallese di pesce)

Loved the location. Great hot water pressure and availability of hot hot water.

Mirrors too high on the walls. Lack of hooks in bathroom for hanging towels or clothes. Loose hinge on the toilet seat ment you nearly fell off. UHT Milk for drinks kept on a windowsill in sunlight meant they’d gone off by the time you needed them. Windows didn’t close so traffic noise all night, luckily it was warm out or we would have frozen. Kettle placed on the windowsill next to the bed.
